I am forever grateful to the Right at Home Home Care Ottawa team for providing my family with peace of mind regarding the well-being of our elderly parents. From the outset, Cheryl has been responsive and kind. She is a calming presence when life gets hectic and she skillfully manages to arrange regular visits as well as last minute care when the need arises. The RAH caregivers go above and beyond our expectations (shout-out to Megan) and are truly integral in allowing Mom and Dad to remain in their home. Thank you Right at Home Home Care Ottawa.

Osprey sent Sapna to watch over my father, she is very attentive and caring, great caregiver and pays attention to detail. She is very nice and offers great service. Shivam has taught her well! Looking forward to seeing more people like her!

My partner went to the clinic for almost six months of wound care. It was easy to make appointments, and the care he received was very good.

We have had Peace of Mind (POM) take care of my 80+ year old father for the last 1.5 yrs in his apt. I would highly recommend this group for anyone looking for care for their elderly family members. Carol and Ann (management) are fantastic to work with and are highly compassionate. The PSWs are unbelievable - kind, caring, compassionate and treat their patients as if they are their own family members. After struggling with a previous care service for my father, POM was a breath of fresh air. We cannot recommend this group enough!

Fast friendly service. Delicious food. Very reasonable prices. Perfect place to stop in for a quick bite before continuing your shopping spree.

I agree with other posters. Although they do a decent job once they're here, I have a problem with them showing up whenever they want. Sometimes they call the night before. Other times they'll just come, at like 9am when they're scheduled for 12pm. It makes it hard when we schedule multiple appointments throughout the day.

On behalf of my Mom and family, thanks so much to Home Instead! My Mom had a fall at her home in Vernon before Christmas and needed extensive daily care on short notice. My brother and I live in Vancouver, and we needed more help than our sister in the Okanagan could manage on her own. I reached out to Kim Lepp at Home Instead Vancouver to ask who I could contact for this kind of help in Vernon. Kim was fantastic. She put me in touch with Home Instead Kelowna, who connected me with three absolutely wonderful care aides in Vernon. They read to our Mom, help her with meals, and are very flexible to fill in around when the family can be there. Home Instead are heroes to our family.

Beyond Care Assistance Living has been a tremendous help to our family. Our lovely PSW come every day to bathe and dress my ailing mother. The lovely Care coordinator always in touch with us, Our amazing PSW always looking for ways to lighten our load. Everyone's kindness and tender care is greatly appreciated when working with our family as we do our best to keep mom at home during these difficult times. I would and have already recommended their wonderful services to others!
